Social Brands 100

A small but smart social brand agency, Headstream (now part of FivebyFive Global) struggled to stand out in a crowded market. 

Social Brands 100 helped set the business apart. SB100 was a report that explored evolving brand behaviours in social media. I created and implemented the communications strategy for all three editions, edited the second edition and oversaw the project for the third edition.

In year one (2011) we had to rely almost entirely on social media engagement to establish the brand. By 2013, Marketing magazine had become the UK media partner, featuring the results in print and online, and providing Headstream with a weekly guest contributor spot on The Wall Blog, which I wrote. Social Brands 100 put Headstream on the map and opened doors to new clients.
